Riebeek Reserve Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

Bronze - International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) 2005
Intense black berries complemented with interesting snatches of spice. With the Shiraz offering upfront fruit, the Cabernet Sauvignon structure and elegance, the Merlot softness and the Petit Verdot excitement, this blend follows through with a smoothness that lingers on the pallet. This wine is already accessible but offers an excellent tannin structure that ensures superb cellaring.

Perfect companion to most rich red meat dishes, but unsurpassable with game and duck. Serve at room temperature
