An uncomplicated, summer lunch wine, with it`s upfront fruitiness and peppery undertones. The structure and mouth feel is soft and accessible, which improves with food.

This wine is excellent with al fresco Italian food.

in the cellar : We do pump overs three times a day.The fermantation temperature is at 28ºC. After the fermantation proses we put different parcels together like Cabernet and Merlot. The wine was kept in French Oak barrels for 12 months.
