Good fruit with enough soft, ripe tannins to give the wine enough roundness.

pack : Bottle  
in the cellar : Fermented dry on skins. Pressjuice added - all juices together. Went into small French oak barrels (225 L).50% new wood and 50% second fill barrels. It stayed in the barrels for approximatelly 9 - 12 months.
