The dark purple-coloured Thornhill Shiraz 2003 is accompanied by a wonderful perfume of sweet mulberries / blackberries, vanilla and spice. A very elegant yet full-bodied wine with stunning ripeness, as well as richness. It offers some of the new world excitement, but old world elegance with a succulent, long finish.
