Nose: Showing ripe fruit notes of dried mangoes, peaches and orange peel/marmalade with baked biscuit over buttery lemon.
Palate: Sweet, ripe fruit layered of lemon and grapefruit with a suggestion of vanilla over a rich creamy texture. The finish offers hints of pineapple, marmalade and almonds. This is a Chardonnay for those who prize the grape's character above wood.
The ideal accompaniment to firm-fleshed grilled or fried fish such as butterfish or angelfish.
