in the cellar : Great scarlet colour with fresh berry fruit reflections. Flavours are lingering, harmonious and layered with raspberry and cassias, coated gentle tannins. The finish is thrillingly pratracted. Maturation took place in Burgundian barrels with the 25% new wood compliment striking a fine balance in the wine.
