in the vineyard : Seidelberg UDT is a blend of the three Bordeaux Varieties, namely Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Traditionally Cabernet Sauvignon provides the backbone and structure, Merlot adds fruit and Cabernet Franc gives finesse and elegance to the wine.

in the cellar : The 2002 Seidelberg Un Deux Trois is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc. The wine was blended before racking and spent 16 months in second fill 300 liter barrels of which 75% was French. The wine was bottled in January 2004 and was cellared for another 12 months before release.
