The typical berry like aromas of our Cabernet Sauvignon is integrated with the plum flavours of a fruity Shiraz. Succulent mouth feel, well balanced with integrated tannins.

in the vineyard : The Cabernet Sauvignon produced on the warm westerly slopes of the Slanghoek Valley, develops with limited moisture to enable small berries with high fruit concentration. The vigorous growing Shiraz is grown on stony sandy soils for the same purpose.
