Deep garnet colour with dominating, sweet ripe fruit aromas supported by spiciness. Soft ripe fruit tannins with hints of stewed fruit and soft oak roundings for a lingering finish.

in the cellar : Open fermentation for 12 days. Press with basket-press.
Wood Ageing for 20 months in 225 litre French oak barrels.
Production: 6 000 bottles.
