A sweet, full cream sherry with a dark, brown colour. The sherry has a pleasant vanilla character with a long lingering nutty aftertaste.

in the cellar : Only white grapes such as Chenin Blanc and Palimino. A blend of brown sherry (matured for 5 years) and white jerepigo (matured for 8 years in the Solera system).
