A dark cherry red launches this wine into the glass with deep youthful purple glints. Fresh red-berried bouquets greet the nose, reminiscent of crushed red and black berry juice. Supple tannins, plucky enough to fill the mouth, leaves a round and very smooth
edge for easy drinking.

This wine can be enjoyed with informal foods like a traditional braai or cocktail finger foods.

in the vineyard : Vines planted in Clovelly type soil. Yield of 6 tons per hectare.
in the cellar : The red cultivars were vinified separately and then blended together. NT 112 was used. Pumping over was done 3 times per day in red wine tanks.
