about the harvest: Full ripe grapes picked at 23.5Âº Balling.

in the cellar : Fermented with NT 177 yeast at 28 â€“ 30ÂºC and pumping over was done three times a day. After 5 days, the wine was pressed at 1,4 bar in a tank press. The wine was racked clean twice before going to French barrels for 12 months.
