Vibrant red colour with smoky spice, blackberry, plum and red fruit flavours. Well-judged oak adds subtle complexity. Inviting entry with lush berry succulence and smooth tannins. Ripe sweetness and a twist of roasted spice on the finish.

in the vineyard : Vines planted in Clovelly type soil. Yield of 6 tons per hectare.

in the cellar : The red cultivars were vinified separately and then blended together. NT 112 yeast was used. Pumping over was done 3 times per day in Red wine tanks. Some French oak staves were used in the tanks to give the wine some complexity.
