The 1998 vintage is the apogee of unwooded Chardonnays with a superb flavour/structure and delightful forward fruit. Without the addition of oak, it offers an excellent Chardonnay alternative to those who prefer unwooded wine. Peaches and melon in the mouth. Smooth textured, exciting richness and good harmony.
