This wine is a succulent basket of wild dark berries with the added allure of some dark chocolate flavours, all in a body that is supple and lingering, with a spicy edge.
Generous in its flavours but never over-bearing, this jovial red is ideal for roasted meats and barbeques (or braais as we say). It’s also the wine to “kuier†(visit) with until the wee hours.
Roasted and barbequed meats, or roasted root vegetables if you prefer something lighter – though we really recommend it with roasted prime rib!
