in the cellar : A classic blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot with deep plum colours. On the nose hints of vanilla, cinnamon and blackcurrant can be detected. The wine has substantial fruit intensity and a structure allowing the wine to be cellared for a period, whilst at the same time the fruit and tannin balance that is achieved make Cru Monro approachable in its youth.
