Ripe blackberry Cabernet Sauvignon flavours blend easily with the velvety-rich, plummy fruit of the Merlot. Shiraz adds a spicy, red berry complexity. Maturation in new and used French oak barrels for between 8 and 13 months results in a harmonious integration of soft tannins and fruit.
