in the cellar : The outstanding vintage conditions and Verdun’s terrior is captured in this Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was handled reductively - no exposure to oxygen between crushing and bottling. The french oak barrel fermented component (12%) - spent 18 weeks on the lees and had periodic battonage, this process enhances the spicy, green pepper palate.
