Colour: Straw to pale yellow.
Nose: Intense tropical and sweet yellow apples with evident guava and melon aromas in abundance.
Palate: Mineral and tropical preface to gentle floral scents. Voluptuous mouth-feel and sexy curved. Moderate acidity and sugar offers richness and palate weight.

Conclusion: Quite a unique Sauvignon Blanc which encapsulates the complexity of a warmer and colder climate. Inviting and quaint mouth-feel with a rounded and perfumed follow-through. A smart selection to a smooth and promising day.
