about the harvest: Harvest Date: February 2004

in the cellar : Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness levels and vinified separately. The different varietals were matured separately in a combination of French and American oak barrels for almost 10 months after which it was carefully blended (it took a couple of weeks to determine the perfect balance between the different identities of the different varietals!), stabilized and bottled.
