Spicy, slightly plum, black pepper aroma which identifies each cultivar used in the blend Pinot Noir shows good pepper, soft tannin, dry finish which are well balanced with the pepper aromas of Shiraz and the plum, cigar box flavor of Cabernet Franc.

Would compliment chicken, pork or any elegantly prepared red meat dishes
