Dark brooding crimson colour with the unmistakeable aromas of Dried deciduous fruit, ripe black berries, blackcurrant, Christmas pudding, liquorice and spice. The entry is assertive and the 'no nonsense' attitude of a typical vintage port attack the senses with an array of flavours identified and carried through from the nose and wrapped together by the huge tannin and alcohol grip which finishes off into a lingering seductive aftertaste that carries on forever ...
