in the cellar : A 30% Potstill brandy, blended with oak matured grape spirit brandies. Double distilled in copper-potstill for extra purity, matured in French oak for 5 years, then blended with oak matured grape spirit brandies. Careful selection of oak to ensure lighter bright yellow colour and subtle wood flavours.
