An oak matured Chardonnay, powerful yet elegant reflecting the skill of Anna-Maree's new world wine-making technique. The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. The juice was then fermented and matured for four months in new French casks during which time it underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine received regular batonage whilt on the lees.
