Nose: Sweet cherry and raspberry fruit with a little sweet spicy fruit.
Palate: Zippy entry with a smooth slightly sweet finish. Lovely and juicy!

about the harvest: 2006 marks the first vintage of Beaumont Shiraz Rosé. Hand harvested from a select block of seven year old Shiraz vines, the grapes were processed at 22.6 Balling, with 6.79g/l acidity and a pH of 3.39.
