Dornier Cocoa Hill Chenin Blanc 2006

This wine offers an array of aromatic layers on the nose ranging from the mineral and white pear/ginger supported by hints of citrus and the subtle wood, evidence of its wood ageing.
Once on the palate it burst with a fresh acidity and lively fruit characteristics. The mid palate is full but still remains fresh and not too heavy allowing for a clean crisp finish.
