This Cinsaut/Chenin Blanc blend is a fresh and fruity wine. With a delicate strawberry pink colour, generous nose and full palate of sweet raspberry fruit and refreshing aftertaste.

Enjoy with cold meats, sausages, also fresh summer fruits, especially strawberries and cream.

in the vineyard : Climate: Mediterranean - Moderate summer days with a cool afternoon breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. Rainfall of approximately 600 - 800 mm annually.
Soil: Hutton, clovelly - deep well drained soils.

in the cellar : A lively fruity Cinsaut wine was selected to blend with Chenin Blanc. Both were separately fermented in there own style, then blended, fined, stabilised and filtered before being bottled.
