It combines the inherent complexity of the Sauvignon Blanc grape with the winemaker’s commitment to producing a multi-dimensional wine that is also accessible and immensely satisfying to the palate. Made from the finest cool-climate grapes, the wine displays aromas of green fig and capsicum with underlying notes of citrus and passion fruit. The fruit flavours follow through on the palate and are complemented with subtle mineral tones and a firm, but balanced acid.
