Maintaining a vineyard organic means that no potentially harmful chemicals are used in the vineyard. This is the first year we produce organic wine from our vineyards. Flavours of grass and wet soil, some pear, apple and apricot are dominant in this wine. Even the palate has a somewhat earthier feel to it.
This wine should be enjoyed with salads, fish or chicken dishes. Serve fairly chilled.
