Extremely crisp, medium toast wine showing soft Chardonnay fruit flavours complimented by the addition of Semillon which provides a distinctive pineapple bouquet. A wine of great finess with faint tropical fruit flavours and a hint of citrus on the nose. Serve chilled with white meat and fish dishes.
