Broken Stone Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz/Merlot 2002

This years blend has a little Merlot in it as well. The wine has a mixture of flavours: grassy, green pepper from the Cabernet and Merlot as well as flinty and smoky flavours from the Shiraz. The palate shows a lot of Cabernet character with cedar and eucalyptus. The wine finishes with pleasant spicy flavours of cloves and cinnamon.

Enjoy with steaks, spicey dishes and Pasta. Experiment with cheeses.
