Vredenheim Angels 1997

We waited until the grapes were very ripe before harvesting them, and then allowed only a short period of fermentation. We have not added any sugar, it is all natural sugar. Even the colour of the wine tells one that the wine is very light. Soft on the palate, low in acid.

in the cellar : We are sure that the angels proclaimed their benediction over these grapes - therefore it prodused such a wonderful wine. A sweet natural wine with raisin and honey flavours and lower alcohol than usual.
