Paul Cluver Sauvignon Blanc 2006

A great example of cool climate sauvignon, with slightly more green pepper and green figs on the nose, after which gooseberry and granadilla aromas come through. The palate is full, rich, and packed with flavour, with a mineral character in the lingering tail.

Enjoy with roasted poultry and nutty gruyere cheese; asparagus, artichokes, fresh fish alternatively its ideal with sushi and sashimi.
