Dolphin Bay Sparkling Wine Vin Doux 2006

Sweeter than the Brut with a powerful 50.7 g/l residual sugar. The same Chenin Blanc as used for both Brut and Vin Doux. The tropical and guava fruit flavours are not overwhelmed by the sugar.
