Graham Beck Pinotage Rosé 2007

This Rose is a vibrant fruity wine with a lively coral pink hue and aromas of red berry fruit reminiscent of strawberries, cherries and raspberries. On the palate it has a fresh crisp mouthfeel with an elegant finish.

in the vineyard : Area of origin: Robertson
Vineyard: A trellised 9 year old vineyard with north/south row direction on deep well drained red clay/lime soil.

in the cellar : The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and left to cold macerate on the skins for 14 hours in stainless steel tanks at 12°C. After maceration the grapes were pressed and fermented cool at 13-15°C to ensure a fresh primary fruit bouquet and light pink colour.
