Tokara Elgin Sauvignon Blanc 2007

Clear, bright and a light straw colour tinged with lime green. Hugely expressive nose with concentrated offerings of pungent, raw guava, nettles and greengage. A full rich textured palate that has beautifully tempered acidity interwoven with ripe yellow fruits and a creamy finish. Herbal hints attracts deeper inspection that reveals a generous grip and tanginess on the silky finish. An opulent wine that is a perfect expression of a brilliant vintage.
