Medium bodied, unwooded off-dry red with juicy characters and powerful fruit flavours with a lingering aftertaste. Enriched with dollop sugar (6-8g/l).

Excellent with spicy and savoury dishes. Perfect companion for Thai dishes and ideal served with Blue Cheese at the end of any meal. Serve slightly chilled with a chocolate dessert and surprise your guests.
