ageing : Produced to be enjoyed young and fresh, although the oak compliment will see it well into the next millennium.

in the cellar : A blend of 80% Cinsaut and 20% Merlot. Selected vineyards from the Paarl and Wellington wine regions are harvested at optimum fruit maturity. The cultivars are fermented seperately and lightly oak influenced after fermentation, with blending dictated by varietal influence and style consistency.
