A blend of 60% Ruby Cabernet and 40% Cinsaut this wine has a nose of raspberry/strawberry jam, cinnamon and minty chocolate. Firm tannins with a pleasant dry finish. Drinking well now, but will benefit from three to five years bottle maturation. An everyday social red that can be enjoyed with roast pork, roast duck, Proscuitto ham, black mushroom pasta, smoked aubergine and pizza.
