Deep crimson in colour, this wine has aromas of dark plums and raspberry which flow in harmony with a full complex palate, rich in character showing a concentration of vanilla and wild berries.

We believe there are no rules, experiment to your hearts content. Beef Casserole, Beef Fillet and Roast Beef. Rack of Lamb Chilli Roast Chicken Mussels, Salmon Pate Cheddar and Camembert.
