Brilliant pale straw colour with limeskin hue. Zesty aromas of freshly cut grass, capsicum and green fig. Mouthwatering acidity brings out the green pineapple, Granny smith and kiwi flavours. All these aromas and flavours confirm a well-balanced wine with compelxity, though it is also refreshing and easy to drink.
Serve chilled with fresh oysters, mussels ina creamy sauce or smoked chicken and mango salad.
