Rozier Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Pale straw colour leads into a pronounced fig and freshly cut grass nose. The intense gooseberry fruit on the palate is balanced by a dry mineral finish.

This wine makes the perfect partner to a ‘fruits of the sea’ platter. Oysters and scallops, as well as oriental foods, goats cheese salads and grilled chicken.
