in the vineyard : The most widely planted variety in South Africa (known locally as ‘Steen’) Chenin Blanc is becoming the “flavour of the month” both locally and internationally as winemakers are making more interesting and complex wines with this variety. We added a tiny amount of Chardonnay to add a little more structure to this wine.
