in the vineyard : Pinotage is the variety that is South Africa’s very own. A cross between Cinsaut (Hermitage) and Pinot Noir, it is the second most planted noble red grape variety, making wines we can be truly proud of!

in the cellar : Our belief is that an attractive, modern-style Pinotage can only be created by concentrating on the Pinot Noir influences of the varietal and seeking the more delicate nuances. This is only possible by working closely with select vineyards.
