This is a stylish and elegant Syrah with loads of white- and black pepper, spicy flavours supported by ripe cherry and blackcurrant.    This wine has a huge ageing potential and will develop as the Northern-Rhone style of Côte Rôtie & Hermitage

6.  Harvest Details:      Handpicked at a phenolic ripeness of 24.3ºB and vinified according to traditional style of with minimum intervention.  Open top fermentation and a combination of punch downs and aerated pump-overs.  MLF and ageing in 70% French- and 30% American 300L oak barrels for 14 months.  Limited filtration before bottling.
