John Platter 2007
This wine has a very dark garnet red colour. The nose is an explosion of plum, black cherry, dark chocolate and mocha flavours. The palate meets up with the expectations and is full-bodied, well-structured with a lingering red cherry and a touch of cigar box aftertaste.
This wine should be enjoyed with good friends, will be nice to have with barbecue chicken, ostrich and meat casseroles.
