in the cellar : Early one morning some red grape varieties were picked, just before they where quite ripe. The red grapes were whole bunch pressed and just the first few 100 litre/ton was used. The first juice coming of red grapes, if you work fast, is white. This white juice was further handled as a white wine. The wine was blended with a bit of Viognier to add some fruity white wine flavours.
