Pecan Stream Rose-Mary 2007

Pecan Stream was first released in 1999 with a Chenin Blanc and a red blend. The range has been expanded to include a low alcohol blush wine named Rose-Mary and a Sauvignon Blanc.

This special low alcohol wine is made by crushing together fresh red grape varieties immediately after picking. The fresh spicy flavours are captured in a crisp and refreshing salmon coloured wine.

Remarks - This wine is dedicated to Rosemary Ord – mother of Jeremy Ord. Rosemary – Ros Marinus – "dew of the sea".

Salmon, seared tuna, and a selection of sushi. As well as light chicken dishes and salads.
