Avondale Camissa Syrah 2004

2008 John Platter - 4 Stars
2006 Winemakers' Choice Diamond Award
This wine has an intense colour with a complex nose of ripe fruit and spice that is layered with hints of dark chocolate and layered liquorice. All these flavours carry to the palate where the wine shows an unbelievable balance between tannin, fruit and oak. Soft, full and rounded with the taste of pure fruit carries to the end of this lengthy palate.
