Cassis, cranberry and plum fruit with leather and spice. A delicate tannin structure supports this medium bodied wine.

about the harvest:  Grapes harvested by hand in mid February at 23.5 Balling.

in the cellar :  Fermented in stainless steel at 24 C for 10 days while undergoing 3 pumpovers per day for lighter tannin extraction. Barrel matured in 2nd fill French barrels for 12 months.
